Trinchero “Festival of the Vaquilla” – Spanish Tapas & Wine Dinner
Each January, Colmenar Viejo, in the Madrid region of Spain, celebrates this colorful festival, commemorating the cattle migration tradition of old. At the conclusion of a ceremonial performance, participants drink red wine and dance. Well dancing is optional but sampling of these Spanish Wines is a must! Join our host as we enjoy wines from Trinchero Family Estates’ partners in Spain, producers Finca Allende, Finca Nueva, Quinta Sardonia and Terras Gauda. This 5 course tapas style event will be fun and educational.
